  • Correspondence from Canada Revenue Agency
  • Sale/Deemed Sale of stocks, bonds, property
  • Copy of your tax return from last filing year
  • Any other relevant slips/receipts

NOTES:
Business/Rental Property Income and Expenses, Automobile and Office-in-home expenses: if you provide the
expense totals in summary there are no additional charges other than our basic Personal/Business/Rental
Property Income Tax preparation fees. However, if you prefer to simply provide the receipts to us, we can
compile the totals for you (additional charges may apply, although we will gladly provide this additional
service).
